A Will is a testador¿s unilateral, voluntary, confidential last wishes, where he/she makes a legal declaration, in accordance with the law, leaving his all his/her assets or part thereof to one of more individuals.
Notarial Will: prepared by a Notary in the presence of witnesses, including all the legal formalities required by law and kept in his/her record book.
Holographic Will: handwritten and signed by the testador or by another person at his/her request. In order to validate the will it is approved and authenticated by a Notary.

Revocation of a Notarial Will: a testador has the right to revoke a will at any time in front of a notary and 2 witnesses.
