OBSERVATIONS
If the person being filiated is older than 14 he/she must consent to the act. In the event he/she is younger than 14 the other parent must be present to grant his/her consent, given that the filiated’s name will be modified.
A father can only filiate his child once he is 16 and older (i.e. if a father is filiating child, in order legitimatize the process he must be16 years old).
