This statement attests to whether or not an applicant is covered by non-contributory pension.
Who can apply?
Anyone.
Where can I apply?
Either at Centro Nacional de Pensões Sociais (CNPS) - (National Social Pensions Center) in Praia, or Centros de Desenvolvimento Social (CDS) (Social Development Centers) in local municipalities.
When can I Apply?
During regular working hours.
What do i need to apply?
By showing an applicant’s ID card or sending it via fax.
Completion Deadline
Within 2 days.
